Product Description
This Mala is formed from 108 shungite beads, each one carrying material that formed two billion years ago. The number 108 carries its own ancient weight in contemplative tradition. Here it is applied to one of the oldest substances on earth.
The shungite beads are framed by sterling silver signature bead settings and strung on black woven silk, its tone as dark as the stone itself. The piece is completed with eight millimetre Chinese Fu marker beads and a ten millimetre Fu Guru bead in solid sterling silver.
