Refund Policy

Karl Wilder London accepts returns for exchange only. Refunds are not offered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
All returns must be shipped within seven days of the purchase date. Returned pieces must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels in place.
Return Process
To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at concierge@karlwilder.london and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation number.
Once your authorisation has been issued, place the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in our reply email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable delivery service is strongly recommended.
When your piece has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange. Please allow up to seven days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange has been completed.
Exceptions
If your piece arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so that we can review the matter and arrange an exchange where appropriate.
Important information
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Due to the bespoke nature of Karl Wilder London pieces, refunds are not available
