Refund Policy

Karl Wilder London does not offer refunds.
Each piece is made to order and crafted with intention, care, and precision. As such, our jewellery falls under the exemption for made to order and personalised goods in accordance with UK, EU, and international consumer regulations. All sales are therefore final.
Faults and Exceptions
In the highly unlikely event that your piece arrives with a verified manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team within seven days of recorded delivery at concierge@karlwilder.london.
All requests must include clear photographs and a brief description of the issue so that the matter can be assessed.
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Karl Wilder London may, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement of the same item or provide a suitable alternative. Refunds will not be issued.
Important Information
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, preference, or fit
• Items must be unused and in original condition for any fault assessment
• Requests made outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted
