Every piece created by Karl Wilder London is crafted with intention, care, and a commitment to refinement. This policy outlines how we process, prepare, and deliver your order, along with essential information regarding international duties and taxes.
Order Processing
All jewellery is made to order within our atelier. Processing and crafting times vary depending on the piece and will be confirmed during your order.
Once your item is complete, it will be prepared for dispatch within one to two business days. When your parcel is ready to leave our atelier, you will receive an email containing full tracking details.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. Estimated delivery windows are typically:
Three to seven business days for most international destinations.
Longer delivery times may occur during busy periods or public holidays.
All timeframes are estimates only. Karl Wilder London cannot guarantee delivery dates once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via secure, trackable courier services. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
All international shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivery at Place) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged by your country’s customs authority.
As customs regulations differ from country to country, Karl Wilder London cannot estimate or influence these fees. Customers remain liable for any customs charges, even if a parcel is refused due to unexpected costs. Refused shipments will still incur shipping and return courier fees.
