• Licences are non-transferable;

• App Distributors (e.g., Apple Store, Google Play) are third-party beneficiaries; and

• You comply with their terms.

 

12. General

12.1 Electronic communications (e.g., emails, online forms) satisfy legal "writing" requirements.

12.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

12.3 Hong Kong law governs disputes, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hong Kong courts.
