Karl Wilder offers complimentary repairs for items purchased through www.karlwilder.london within specified timeframes: 9 months for Malas and 3 months for bracelets (under reasonable circumstances). Repairs requested beyond these periods will incur a service fee.

Customers are encouraged to submit specific repair inquiries to determine the feasibility of the repair. All shipping and delivery charges associated with repairs remain the customer's responsibility.
