Repairs policy

Karl Wilder London offers complimentary repairs for pieces purchased through www.karlwilder.london. Mala necklaces are covered for nine months, and bracelets are covered for three months, provided the request falls within reasonable circumstances.
Requests made after these periods may be eligible for repair and will carry a service fee. Customers are welcome to submit a detailed enquiry, so our team can review the piece and confirm what is possible.
All shipping and delivery costs related to repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
